Etran offers shipping throughout Ireland for electric scooters, e-bikes, and accessories purchased through our website.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, stock location, and order volume.

Typical shipping timeframes:

In-stock accessories: 2–5 working days
Electric scooters and e-bikes: 3–7 working days
Larger or special-order items: Confirmed at time of purchase


Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details where applicable.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible during business hours:

Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm


Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring confirmation of purchase when collecting in store.

In-store collection allows customers to ask questions, inspect products, and receive guidance before taking their vehicle home.

Delivery of Electric Scooters & E-Bikes

Electric scooters and e-bikes are larger items that require careful handling during transport.

Some products may arrive partially assembled for safety reasons. In these cases, basic setup such as handlebar alignment or tightening may be required.

If you are unsure about assembly, we recommend choosing in-store collection or contacting us to discuss professional setup options.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. Etran is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

Order Issues & Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

Order number
Photographs of packaging and damage
Description of the issue


This allows us to assess the situation quickly and work towards a resolution.

Please do not attempt repairs or modifications before contacting us, as this may affect eligibility for return or warranty assessment.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product, you must contact Etran before sending any item back.

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Item is unused
Item is in original packaging
Return request is made within the legally required timeframe
Proof of purchase is provided


Due to the nature of electric mobility products, certain items may not be eligible for return once used or activated. This includes electric scooters and e-bikes that have been ridden or assembled beyond basic inspection.

Accessories may be returned if unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We will assess the issue and provide guidance on repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

In some cases, diagnostic inspection may be required before confirming a fault.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider processing times.
